Our company has been started its activities in 1979 with Selahaddin and Ahmet Bölükbas in ISTANBUL by manufacture ball joints and rods. Later in Fehmi Bölükbas, Hilmi Bölükbas and Necmettin Bölükbas joined the firm and carried on its activities in Bursa at its first address in 1980, as AS METAL ROT VE ROTIL SANAYI. On our 10 th anniversary we moved to our largerest modern building at our 2nd address in Bursa.
 Our company has  5000m² closed area and Our companie’s production capacity is 3.000.000 pieces per a  year. Amount varies between 120 and 140 employees are employed in our company, Our production consists of nearly 1200 different suspension and steering spare parts systems for on-road vehicles, these are: ball joints, tie rod ends, tie rod, centre rod, axial joints, control arms, thrust rods, bend arms, silent bushings etc.
Since its establishment as "Quality First" with the password kept in the forefront of customer satisfaction, our company received the certificate of first TSEK document in 1984. In the forthecoming time we received the TS 5476 in February 1988 for our tie rod ends, the TS 9444 in November 1993 for our ball joints, and the TSEK document that TSE requires for our control arms. After receiving the TSE documents that are required to prove our quality, we acquired our ISO 9002 Quality Management System which was examined by SGS Yarsley (England) on May 1998. When the revised version , ISO 9001:2008 was published on November 2008 because of this at the begining of the 2009 our company re-started editing systems, Our company recieved ISO 9001:2008  Quality Management System certificate by fullfilling the necessary checks succesfully in October 17, 2009.
